THE DOLLAR IS DECLINING
Wednesday of last week the Fed chairman, Ben Bernanke, said that such aid will be withdrawn

this latest announcement gave a new breath to emerging markets, including Colombia,
as investors failed to take refuge in the dollar and, not sue therefore, the price of the currency is falling again
